When you create an account or join our waitlist, we collect your email address. When you set up your business profile, we collect your business name, address, phone number, and timezone.

Google Business Profile Data

When you connect your Google Business Profile via OAuth 2.0, we access:

• Your business listing information (name, address, category)
• Customer reviews and ratings posted to your Google Business Profile
• Your review replies

We only access data for locations you explicitly authorize. We use Google API Services in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Customer Data

You may upload customer contact information (names, emails, phone numbers) to send review request campaigns. This data is stored securely and only used for the purposes you direct.

Usage Data

We automatically collect standard web analytics data including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps to improve our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Display reviews in your dashboard for monitoring and management
• AI analysis of review text to generate sentiment insights, timing recommendations, and competitive intelligence
• Draft review replies using AI, which you review and approve before posting
• Send review request campaigns to your customers on your behalf
• Generate social media posts from your reviews for your approval
• Send you notifications about new reviews, insights, and account updates

3. AI Processing

We use third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude) to analyze review text and generate content. Review text is sent to these services for processing but is not used to train their models. AI-generated content (reply drafts, social posts, insights) is always presented for your approval before any action is taken.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or business data with third parties, except:

• Service providers that help us operate our platform (hosting, email delivery, payment processing)
• Google APIs to post review replies you've approved back to your Google Business Profile
• Legal requirements if required by law, regulation, or legal process

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), encrypted data at rest, and secure authentication. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Review data synced from Google may be retained in anonymized, aggregated form for analytics purposes.

• Delete your account and all associated data by contacting us
