These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LocalBuzz.ai platform and services ("Service") operated by LocalBuzz.ai ("we", "our", or "us"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.
To use LocalBuzz.ai, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You represent that you are authorized to manage the Google Business Profile(s) you connect to LocalBuzz.ai, and that you have obtained any necessary consent from the business owner if you are acting on their behalf.
By connecting your Google Business Profile, you authorize LocalBuzz.ai to:
You may revoke this authorization at any time through your account settings or your Google Account permissions page. Revoking access will stop all data syncing but previously synced data will be retained until you delete your account.

LocalBuzz.ai uses artificial intelligence to draft review replies, generate social media posts, and produce business insights. All AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before it is published. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content.
LocalBuzz.ai offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You retain full ownership of your business data, customer data, and any content you create using LocalBuzz.ai. We do not claim ownership of your data. We only use your data to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.
LocalBuzz.ai integrates with third-party services including Google, Stripe, and AI providers. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalBuzz.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay your subscription. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
